I absolutely love this car. It's never broken down, never gave up on me, gets 25-28 MPG on roadtrips and has loads of torque. It has been my daily driven for almost 10 years now, but I just got an RSX.

Here's all the "problems:"

First off, the clutch is original and will need to be replaced soon. It does great in daily driving, but won't hold 4-5K clutch dumps at the track. I would guess you have 10-20K more miles on it at best.

The tan color over the pass side airbag is coming off and you can see bits of black. Thats from me cleaning it too much (shrug). It's strictly cosmetic.

There is an O2 sensor code for one of the front banks.

The mileage is high for a 97. I won't apologize, it was driven fairly easy and spent some of it's life in Arizona and has less rust than other Ohio cars. I did do most that mileage working in cincinnati and living in Cleveland, which is 500 miles round trip and I did that twice a week for awhile.

My price reflects the "problems." Really the clutch is the big one, and only if you can't change a clutch yourself or know a place to hook you up.

Do you have more pics of the interior? I'm not a big fan of the tan interior, but maybe it's a bit different than my 94 was.

Do you have any close-up pics of the paint, especially the front bumper? I looked at a max yesterday that looked great in the pics but was in really terrible shape in person.

 

Here are some detail pics of the paint. You can see some minor bumper blemishes. But if you look at the side pic, you get a good idea how relatively dent free the car is.
