whats needed to do a 95->97 grill conversion

my front end helped me murder a deer, but my grill got all f***ed up in the process, so i want to replace the ugly *** 95 grill with a 97 one.

so my question is, what do i need to do a 97 conversion?
and do i need to get a color matched grill?

my bumper cover will be repaired and repainted,
a new hood,
new pass. headlight,
new pass. corner light and side marker(the turn signal things),
and a new grill.

pic of damage:

perfect. so its a direct replacment.

now do i need to get one in blue? or are they chrome?(i saw a pic of a chrome one) or should i just get any old color and let the shop paint it?(might have to ask the guy at the shop about this part)

Whoa whoa, do they? I thought the sides of the '97 were longer than the 95-96, therefore requiring fab work...
