Yay or nay @ rear window spoilers?

Ok so I've done a few mods to my car since I bought it and for the most part I'm satisfied. The first thing I actually bought for the car was the rear window spoiler but I never got around to installing it. Well I finally got around to painting it and putting it on, now I'm not sure if I even like it or not. Give me some feedback people...HALP!

Thanks for the compliment...sure I'll help you paint it, but it might be harder to find a paint match with your blue. I used Duplicolor black and clear. Its kinda blotchy up close but w/e

See you around CT!!!

edit: what springs are you on?

Thanks dude, but I gotta be honest, Stillen kits were MADE for silver max's.
i'm still thinking about getting a kit as i see the price on their site is dropping so...

Right now the car has H-Techs only in the front. When I buy new tires (going 235/40/18 from 235/45/18) I'll decide if the rear needs lowering or not. the ride sucks though-

the price itself may go down but when that happens shipping always goes up lol...your going to get raped for shipping.

I had htechs...they did suck lol. Went back to H&Rs...its a little more comfy

lol that reminded me of

about the springs though...what's the height difference in drop between H tech and H&R?

its definitely a noticeable difference...when I had the htechs I was so happy b/c it was the perfect drop. But even with illuminas on soft settings the ride was harsh. I switched back to H&Rs and got some comfort back..the h&rs are definitely noticeably higher in the front compared to the htechs

yeah thats exactly what i was thinkin...
i wanted to at least take the sunroof visor off but the paint is all scratched up underneath & looks like garbage.
now if the sunroof visor AND trunk spoiler were both off it'd probably look the cleanest.

thanks!

GTFO

j/k. I shaved the "MAXIMA" and "SE" badges and added "3.5 SE" from the 6th gen...I may black out the front and rear hamburgers but that 3.5 SE badge is the only thing keeping my 5th gen original. (that I know of)
Plus, cars look too plain and boring with nothing on the trunk lid.

I hear ya. Nay for me too. Takes away from the nice clean line the car already has. Plus i agree, how many spoilers are needed. We have a trunk and chin spoiler. No need or practicality for the window spoiler. save the money for perf mods.

I like it, I think it looks good. Although I agree that you should debadge it, give it a nice clean rear end.

Just my .02..... Nay on the rear window spoiler for sure. Too many spoilers for my taste. The car looks awesome though and if I were you...... I'd finish shaving the a$$.

I rather prefer the window spoiler. I agree that you should remove the sunroof deflector.
