Showing off my custom boots...*pics inside*

hey guys, I just wanted to show off my custom e-brake and shift boots which were hand stitched by myself. I wanted the grayish interior look which would be neutral with my sterling mist maxima. I picked up the material (1 yard square) from walmart for $3.77 + tax...

shift boot

and another

and here is the ebrake boot. notice the second set of stitching...that was when test fitting everything looked great, when the brake was let down, the boot became too short, and i tried to style it accordingly.

great craftmanship... I dont feel the color works too well with your all black interior but you did a good job making them.

Yeah this looks really really good. Congrats on the craftsmanship, any chance you'll post up a DIY instructions for us if you don't want to do a group deal.

hey guys, I don't know how serious you guys are about the group deal, but if any of you are, i'd love to make some for you. I would just need your original shift boot/ebrake boot (fold it up and send it in one or two regular envelopes for 38 cents) and give me less than a week (maybe even a day or two) and a color/material (i can go look for a color/material of your choice and stitch color). I'm not really sure how much to sell it for, so i'll go by what you guys think...I'd see.

I still have some of the gray left if any are interested in that color, but like i said, i can definitely go shopping around for something according to your needs. Both boots could be done in a day depending on how busy I am, but i'd take any kind of order.

A money-back guarantee would also go into effect. If you aren't happy with it, then send it back. I wouldn't want to get stuck with something I didn't like.

Let me know how you guys feel. This doesn't need to be a group deal. If only one person is interested, that's fine. I'll go as requests are made...

Wasn't quite what I was thinking... if I did this GD, I would offer 1 cloth.

1) Collect names of interested buyers and choice of cloth. Majority rules.
2) Collect 50% deposit from interested parties
3) Have products produced in 3days (mom's gonna be busy!)
4) Collect rest of $ on individual basis, and ship out next day

Whole process would take 1wk.

yeah well i wouldn't mind going around looking, i mean i like driving my maxima. I don't think i'll be doing it after all because there are too many problems, such as if someone doesn't like it and with school starting back up in a week, I don't see how i could swing it. sorry guys. btw, don't be hatin' the gray. it's really not all that bad, you'll see someday when i show off my complete led interior with other gray pieces.
