Still reppin' the 5.5gen GP's North of the Border

Since I haven't posted new pics in a while, I thought I'd throw some up. Nothing much has changed this year due to my busy work & school schedule, but within the next month I should have the following installed:

- removal of Ksport coilovers, replacing with s-techs & Illuminas.
- 15 or 20mm H&R spacers in the rear.

Lemme know what you think & enjoy eh!

Good question. It's still a work in progress which is why it's off the car.

Thanks gtr_rider!

Very nice as usual Nathan. I TOO got rid of my coilovers...
My tein SS's were comfortable..but at the settings I wanted it was too rough for the roads here. I swapped to Progress/Illumina and it was a GREAT trade off. The S-TECH's look SIIICK in person btw...probably close to the drop you have now.

lol...thanks! They are 19x8.5" Axis Hiro's. I wish I had gone staggered (19x9.5" in the rear) but instead I'll get some spacers.

I felt somewhat similar about the Ksports. I wanted a stiff/firm ride & a low drop, but it was too much to handle for Toronto's city streets. I HOPE that the s-tech's will give me a similar drop...from what I've seen on U.S. max's, it should be close!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments.

Your max is awesome bro. IMO, one of the best looking 5.5 gens. Not to be picking apart your car or anything but I was wondering.... Is that condensation in your headlight in post #2, picture #2?

No need to stagger on a FWD platform, you made a good choice. Still think you need some small spacers in the front as well, but the rear is the necessity right now..

Looks very good, that fourth black and white pic is just plain sick, do you have a larger version of it? If so could you send it to me somehow? If you don't mind, wall paper time

Yup, good eye, that is condensation. I had just washed the engine bay & some water got into the hole where the angel eye wiring goes in, causing the condensation. Usually I have no issues with them.

I have the same suspension setup. The S-techs, Illuminas and Spacers make the car look real good. GP Maximas are the best.
