This punk has taken payment from myself and at least one other (tsaulz) for a Technosquare ECU. Neither of us has been able to get a hold of him and we have not been given any details on the shipping.

His profile says Providence, RI as a location but he was a part of AZnissans.org while the cardomain site confirms the AZ address.

Generally I wouldn't comment on this type of post but this crap makes my blood boil. This guy is a real criminal and if you don't mind I want to send him a message.

Guys like him make it difficult for legitimate sellers because some max.org members shy away from buying for fear of being scammed.

 

Good move irish. A message to the admins of the other forum may be in order as well, as a heads up.

Did you guys pay through paypal? If so, maybe they can give you some of their information so that you can file a formal complaint/report with the police department as he has stolen money from you both. If paypal awards in your favor, they will try to get the funds through the individual's account but in a few of the cases I've seen here bad sellers will close their accounts with them.

 

Myself being a paypal rookie in some respects filed a dispute initially until I got a tracking number. Once I got that he filed a counter against me. That pushed me to dismiss the claim in light of the tracking number. Pretty stupid! Anyway, that has led to paypal considering the case shut. No recourse for me through paypal.

 

actually....paypal is a waste of time and not safe at all if you dont go through Ebay.
I called, filled a complaint and all they told me is that since i didn't buy it through ebay, they DO NOT guarantee anything. So pretty much what they told me is that, they are not a safe way to shop you buy anything outside of ebay.
They refused to give me any money back or even close the guys account. What an experience.... im never using paypal again. What a load of crap.
How can they always advertise "Shop Safe With Us" Crap and not honor it?

If your paypal account is linked to your credit card (and not you bank account), just challenge it through your credit card company...

 

i just called my CC company yesterday, i hope it all goes through, but im still pretty dissapointed that he still walked away with free money. Sucks how you can scam people online and not get caught for it. How is this right? they should have officers to put these people in jail!

 

You can call the state police or sherriffs in his area, they all have internet crimes divisions. I had a guy on another forum call them on me. I sold him a computer last year and he swore up and down i edited the original post after the sale and the specs werent right etc. long story short the admins told him he was wrong, but he called the cops apparently because a detective showed up at my house with an arrest warrant. I told him it was settled online with both paypal and the website admins and he said he didnt care, and i was taken in.

It was dropped, but its still an arrest on my record for doing nothing wrong.

well... ill try that out after i get my money back and i will make sure the other guys also call in so this guy can get some time in jail along with an **** rape! he deserves it since he likes rip people off, he deserves to get F*CKED too.,....

i called him once after he ripped me off, and as soon as he found out that it was me, he hung up on me and will not pick up my calls anymore.
i have called him after that, even with private number, he would pick up once and hang up and never pick up private calls anymore....
Anyone wanna help me out by calling this guy at random times to annoy him? haha. i think i will be doing this for the rest of my life. hahahaha.
