I bought this car about 1 month ago at the auction(My friend is a dealer) with 879XXX miles. It has 895XX now and counting. I opened insurance, but never registered the car(The title is still on dealers name). Only things I changed was oil, front rotors/pads.
The car needs 2 front tires. Also, it has ticking noise while cold, then it disappears.
The car is Black/Black Leather
Has heated Seats, Sunroof, Bose w/6CD Changer.

The reason for sale is that I've owned 2bmws 540i and 330i before and I can't stand the torque steer and I like German cars handling better.

P.S. Someone bumped into rear bumper recently and there is a nice size scratch/paint crack there, but in NYC it's normal. Installing bumper protector will hide it though.

When the car is cold and you start it it does trrrrrrrr for couple of seconds, then disappears, my mechanic says it's lifters and pretty common and nothing to worry about.
About the price - make me an offer, but how can You make an offer without seeing/driving the car in person?
