Do you have a link/pic of this grill? Id really like to get a grill like the Trenz grill but I have a 96 so Im limited to the SMX, which Im not a big fan of.

Needless to say, any grill other than the SMX that will fit a 96 interests me.

Too bad they're only for 97-99.

Like I said... looks just like the Home Depot mesh grill I did on my car... and for $116 less.

Doh! Foiled again.

What is the mesh grill stuff you got from Home Depot called? I went there the other day and the only thing that I could find that resembled the grill insert was gutter guard and that definatley would not work.

i went to ace hardware and grabbed gutter mesh.. basically same stuff.. picked up a can on chrome/metallic spray paint and clear coat enamel to give a nice shine and protect it from the weather..

what is it that you use to attach the mesh grille to your car once you have made it? I need to do something about my car since no one offers anything for I30's for the valance area.

I bought a spoil of small soldering wire.. very thin... Just loop it through the mesh and around something and twist the wire tight to hold it.. its impossible to see it..if you have plastic behind where the mesh will be put get small nail tacks and paint them the color of the car or something similar and tack it down.. be inventive and use what you think wont show up.

I went to the link.
Mesh looks ok - definately not gutter-mesh.
But no pictures of a Maxima.

I would really like to see a good close-up of the product
on a 4th gen Max - preferably a '97.

Somebody please post...
