Basically, tommorrow he MIGHT get a chance to test fit one on his 2000 Max, to clearify ANY fitment issues. If it works, then he sounded willing to send me ONE of the housings to try and get the wiring figured out. Again, this is all relying on an almost perfect fit, besides maybe a little engine compartment side clearance issue with the ballasts. If I recieve the housing, I will know whether or not it is 100% possible by the end of my 4-day Labor Day holiday.

Just got of the phone with DAVE. He said the hood/fender is the same part number, so the only unknown is the bumper. He said the only concern physically is clearence of the ballasts(mounted back of headlight housing) and the bumper, so a little trimming might be necessary. Other than that, it's a lot off wiring work, but he has lots of Nissan conectors to play with.

Pretty short sighted, huh? No biggie. Dave gives a good price, no sales tax for me, and the shipping is not too bad. I can be lazy and order parts over the phone.

I'm hoping to get these working, so I can compare them to Hogans' HIDs on Adams' car(unless he sells them first). If someone has the Bellof, let me know. I have some questions and would like to see some pictures.

Re: What????????
I wish I had the funds for that right now. $360 is too much for my pocket at this moment since I am going to Vegas in October
. I will see what I can work out with DaveB, since I only live 80 miles south of him.

Wiring is DEFINITELY necessary! You could wait and see if I or someone else(Russ??) does a step-by-step to make anyone capable to do it. Dave or someone might be able to fabricate a plug-n-play harness, but it might be awhile. I think a little pain and suffering or learning how to read and follow directions is worth having HIDs with LOW AND HIGH beams. Otherwise you could always spend $1066 and get the Bellof dual beam HIDs, which are supposedly as close as it gets to plug-n-play for H4s.
