He!! Yes!

I would think that anything that would add 80-85 hp would be well worth it to anyone on this forum. Now affording to drop 4000 and starving a family that is another question.

in another thread someone posted a link to the JBL website talking about the 99 maxima from fast & furious and it had the works. "the most modified maxima known" but it had the horsepower listed at 265. thats only a 75 HP increase with a supercharger, with exhaust, with y pipe and everything else. how is that so?

Re: Re: He!! Yes!

It did not have the works. It was just and auto maxima with a supercharger running stock boost. Of course they call it the most modified Maxima known, it's the only one they know about. There are SC'd maximas getting much more power than that, they just don't have the same connections he did to get the car in the movie.

Nope. Not worth it to me. I'm happy with the power made by the VQ30DE engine just as it comes from the factory.

Don't judge the rest of the world by your own standards. There's much more to the automotive hobby than power, power, power.
