45K miles Maintenace necesarry???

Hi all...
I just recieved a letter from my local Nissan Dealer for a recommended 45K Miles maintenance service for my 99Se MAX. Do you all think that it is necessary or should I wait til the 60K maintenance service. The reason I am asking is because I was expecting to do one at 60K after reading several thread from this board, so I dont want to do it too early if I dont have to. Thanks for your opinions....
