What do you guys think about this torque wrench?

Thinking of using it to install the FSTB (courtesy)

and maybe the wheels??

Cheap - Yes, but there is no guarantee on the calibration. Invest in a bar/cantilever type (readings via a mechanical needle) from Sears or a local hardware/auto parts store. Its about the same price, rugged, and you don't have to worry about calibration quality or degradation of internal components over time.
