Double Plate Clutch before SC

I am planning on buying a double plate clutch and superlight flywheel when my stock clutch goes. I was talking to someone and they told me that if i do that before i get my supercharger it will make the car really hard to drive, and it will do damage to my trans. Is this true? Thanks
