I am getting a deal on ATGI Neon underbody kit for $75 plus shipping.. I was browsing and this kit retails for $199. does any one have any idea about this brand? Or can somone get better price on it?

That price is mad good. Is the kit new? also do all the tubes have built in transformers? cause if it dont it makes the install harder and more complicated and more suseptabal to not working from the elements.
