I ordered some Kosei K1s, anthracite, 2 and a half friggin months ago from tire rack. there was some screw-up with misslabled boxes [apparently Kosei's fault, not TR] and I won't see them for another month.
I am pis sed. I'll have 'em on for 40 days,
then I'll be switching back to stocks with snows.

Right. So anyway, I thought this post was a really good idea,
but its a PITA to keep clicking all the links.
What would be really cool is if everyone sent in closeup shots of the wheels
and then if some nice person would take them all and put them together in one place as a single page.
Whoever did that would be much appreciated here. Perhaps they'd even get free membership on the org for a year!

Nice rides! I'm thinking of going with either 5Zigen GT8s in 18" or SSR GT1s in 18". I'm still debating, I don't know how you guys every finally decided on your rims, it's hard to find some I really want to stick with.

yeah it took me a loooong time to decide.
First of all I wanted them to look good.
I also wanted the rims to be real light.
And of course I didn't want to spend a bomb.
Unfortunately light usually = expensive.
So I finally made up my mind, placed my order
and I'm still waiting for em.
Dang!

i too like the SSR GT1s, but I'm not sure how they will look on a 4th gen. a guy a maxus had the SSR 18s and i thought they looked superb!!

i want rims that are somewhat unique---so many people on this org have similar rims..

here's a pic..

they're kinda expensive though. tire rack has the 17s for $359...that's why i'm hesitant to get them for that much money, i want to be sure they look good on my 4th gen.

have you found them cheaper than 359?? the guy at maxus told me he paid 400+ but im not sure if he was including the tires..

Hmmm...a chance to advertise...

18" Racing Hart CP-35 w/ Yokohama Paradas...3 mos. old...

Will TRADE for stock 17" rims (5th gen SE/AE/I30)...
plus a little cash (amt depends on condition)...approx $500.
