Tell me what you think of this??
I just bought motegi racing rims similar in looks to the tanrums, which i just returned....and i bought 17 x 7 and the guys installing 225/45/17 tires on them...will that size look good or is my sidewall to big..plaease give me some inside on this...thanks

That exactly what I'm running on my car. 17x7 Advanti Racing Turismos on Kumho 225/45/17. It'll be fine. The sidewall will be smaller than the stock 16s, but the plus sizing is correct.

I've got 17X8 with a 235/45 on it...here is a pic..

I gotta admit, it looks good with the 17x7 225/45 combo. But I think 17x8, or 18x8 would look better, that is why I am gonna upgrade in the Srping to 18x8, but hey, 17x7 looks a helluva lot better than stock, they're just not wide enough to fit nicely under the Maxi's fenders.
BTW I have 225/45's wrapped around 17x7's too
