Got the thing installed this morning in my friend's garage. It was pretty simple, only part that gave us some hard time were the two bolts at the cat. Those suckers were rusted in fairly well. We finally got it off with some elbow grease and cursing
. I love how it sounds. Sound increase is very subtle, and it's not obnoxiously loud in any way...the sound is just a deep pleasing tone. There's also very little droning at cruising speeds.

Look that huge resonator on the stock exhaust!

Excellent, I'm a 2/3 GReddy setup man myself, still have the whole catback with the exception of the mufflers. Changed to Remus...
I loved my greddy setup, cars behind me use to comment they could comb their hair in the mufflers reflection...

yeah it's silly...there's a huge crimp right before the pipe splits into two.
i did notice some low end loss actually, but nothing too bad. the car still accelerate fine from a stop under normal acceleration.

hmm, those of you with the SP2, does your driver side hang a little lower than the passenger side? on mine, it's about 1/4" to 1/2" lower. the rubber hangers still look fine to me. maybe i can unbolt that muffler and try to bend the metal bracket on the muffler down a bit so it'll sit higher up when inserted into the rubber hanger.
nope not loud by any means. it's like you said it is...a nice mellow tone. imagine a g35/350z...but a wee bit more throatier.
tim, those studs were used to attach these brackets with a metal prong...and that prong is inserted into the hangers near the bumper. they're basically there to hold the stock mufflers up.

There's enough slop in the flanges right in front of each muffler that you can realign the tips if they're not sitting right.
just loosen the bolts on the flange and rearrange the tips, then retighten them.
I did an install on a customer's '04 a while back and it took me 10-15 min to get the things to hang right. one side always wanted hang a bit lower than the other.. (forgive the innuendo).

one side is aimed up a bit, and the other is aimed straight out.

more tweaking is in order....
