My maxima with new shoes (22's) FinallY!

I've been posting here for a few months asking questions and what not and finally got my wheels that i've been talking about. Some may think that they are ugly but I like em. Oh and i put a 07 rear bumper on my 06 with little modification. Looks a 1000x better IMO. Here it is:

\

Let me know what you think. I know I need a drop in the front!

thanks, I will. I'm pretty sure I'm going with the Eibach springs since they have the best ride and drop pretty low in the front. The rear is almost tucking so I don't even really need to drop it.

I've been having second thoughts though, I have an opportunity to have a 2001 BMW 330CI Sports Coupe or this. I would sell the 22's and get some staggered 19's with a slammed drop if I got the 330ci. Dunno though, maybe some feedback?

I'm a BMW fan, so I would go with the 330CI, but others will have different opinions. Go with whatever you want.

Well count on getting your butt handed to you if you race a Maxima in a 330CI. Count on expensive repairs & upgrades if needed. Rear seating is smaller and overall car feels alot smaller. Less visability.

Other than the aforementioned a better car than the Maxima.

thanks, umm the ride is a little bumpier because I got 22x8's but it's nothing too bad. As for the rear bumper, I got hit so I bought a 07 bumper and put it on. You have to make a couple of custom brackets underneath but that's it.

yeah the rims are a little sporty but I like em. I think i'm gonna do a new front bumper before I get any side skirts. I have the oem ones on there now.

So basically you JUST bought them now it was a waste of money because you want a new car? you wont get all your dough back so that kinda sucks. It looks good but it looks too big for me.

I think the 07 bumper is straight bolt-on. no mods needed to have it on.

no rubbing now, there was a little rub against the inner fender lining but after the 1st day it stops. I was thinking about painting them white and leaving the chrome lip but dunno yet.

LMAO that's pretty funny coolmax.

Ok, a bit too ghetto for me, but hey to each his own right? Personally, I can think of ALOT better mods to spend my $$jack on than 22" wheels and tires but again, go with what makes ya happy man!

I just made a few custom brackets underneath and the mud flap things don't fit on there perfectly like the 06 rear bumper.

They look really good on the Max...

But I recommend not lowering with 22's. Its damn near a perfect fit. One of my buddies had 22's and Eibachs. 2 months later, the weight cracked all of his rotors. I would upgrade the shocks when you get the chance. They look good bro

thanks for the compliments. I have 22x8's only have a little rubbing on the fender lining when I turn all the way but it's no biggie. I believe you can get 22x9.5's without any rubbing issues. Oh, you need to roll your rear fenders too.

Dunno exacly how much the wheels weigh but they are pretty heavy

Yeah, the 330CI just got a tune up at BMW and a fresh paint job but I think i'm gonna stick with the maxima

thanks, i'm waiting on the led taillights to come out and i'm getting the new mesh grille they have. Maybe try to fab the 07 front bumper to fit. Is there a reason the 07 bumper doesn't fit? I looked an 07 today and my car it it looked like it would have but dunno.

actually, I think I may go with some 20" staggered Sevas wheels that are silver with a chrome lip and lower it now. Dunno why. I saw it on a newer Lexus GS and it looked soooo clean.
