What mufflers will fit our car? Need advice

I want to get new mufflers for my 04 max, nothing crazy. I want dual slanted tip mufflers that are not loud like Hondas. But I wouldnt mind a slight deep growling tone, and I do mean a SLIGHT volume of it. I am just so sick of looking at these stupid stock exhaust tips. I dont know what size muffler to be looking at, what dimensions should I be looking for in a muffler?

Yea I love those remus turbo mufflers but they are over $300 each. I am not looking for anything expensive or special. Just a normal muffler with dual tips that are slanted. Does anyone know what size and dimensions I should be looking for?

Got 'em on just before lunch today guys. WOW! $613 out the door, mufflers, installation and tax. I'm happy as can be! They sound great! A nice low rumble with normal driving then they get VERY mean when you jump on it. DEEP DEEP growl. Not like the REMUS but damn sure good enough for me.

Sounds good, cant wait to hear it. These are a bit out of my price range, I am looking for repacements for my OEM mufflers that will step the sound up A LITTLE BIT, nothing crazy, and will also have dual slanted tips. Is there a specific size I need to look for when choosing a muffler?

Chernmax, you have the lip spoiler and the 07 max spoiler? I had a post regarding this, I was looking for a pic of this because I might want to do it to my car. Can you post a few more pics of your set up from different angles??

oh sorry, looked different in the first pics to me because its a little further away. Was there any issues with installation due to the lip spoiler still being there? I like this setup you did.

Thanks, but those are way too beefy for what I am looking for. Also I want to stay with the dual tip mufflers, preferably slanted tips.

What do these magnaflow mufflers above sound like? I am not looking for a really loud honda muffler type sound. Just a low soft rumbling sound.

That's a damn good price. Unfortunately these are for pickup only though LOL. I paid $275 ish for mine. I was $600 installed out the door in about an hour. WELL worth my $$ as they custom welded, added wider pipes at the split etc.

Ok, $274 on the magnaflow website or $250 here on ebay + $15 ship. Not too bad actually. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Magna...QQcmdZViewItem

C'mon dude, these aren't FART PIPES! These are the real deal. I'll have to get a moving vid of these soon for you guys. THey don't sound as good as Chern's remus setup but they do sound damn good. Nice low rumble for normal driving, then they get very throaty when you get down on it. VERY VERY nice. These things are pretty big too, they don't look it but they are LARGE.
