Suspension Bushings Needed

Search came up with bad links.
I need to replace all my front suspension bushings. I have no clue where they are and which ones to get. More or less which ones to get. Someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

well to start with you've got:
ball joints
control arm bushings
sway bar end-links / bushings
sway bar to frame bushings

so figure out which ones of those you actually need. you'll more than likely need new sway bar end links and sway bar bushings. mine were toast and they were two years newer than yours. its a good place to start and they are pretty easy to replace.

as far as rubber replacements you could go with ones from the dealer, or any parts store can get you some.

or for poly bushings you can get them from energy suspension, and order them through cattman. but there aren't poly ball joints avail. for our cars.

I'd say do at least the sway bar end links. You could do the control arm bushings but I think they will just give you more squeaking problems than benefits <---one man's opinion.

Contact Brian at Cattman and talk to him about what you want to replace. Also mention the .org to get a discount. They will arrive at your door in 2-3 days if you live in the US.

I'll get em' all just to be safe. Is there a HOW TO anywhere on here?

should the sway bar end links be replaced as well as the bushings? and if the poly control arm bushings are properly greased will they still squeek?

Get the energy suspension parts. Also, get ball joints and new end links. Use the energy bushings with the new end links. If it's done right you won't have any squeeks.
