Tire Rotation

When you rotate the tires on your Max, what pattern do you follow? I know what the manual says, but I'm just curious what the masses have to say. I did this according to the directions in the Haynes manual for non-directional radials last night:

And torqued the lug nuts down to 80 ft/lbs.. I have a slight shimmy in the wheel. I remember having some shimmy at highway speeds before (haven't driven it in three weeks) but this is happening at low speed and seems more noticeable.

Front to back.

Your shimmy could be from uneven tire wear, unbalanced tires, bent or warped rims, bad control arms, tie rods, and streering linkages.

Remember the days when the spare was included in the rotation?

*sigh*

What? You don't rotate your donut tire? Or am I the only one that's doing that?

I run directional tires so front to back only for me. Sounds like you have a balance issue with one of the tires you put on the front.
