5pd swap -> perma check engine?

Just curious if someone went through the effort to swap a 5pd into an auto 4th gen, if there are sensors that are expecting an auto tranny and if so, would those sensors cause the check engine light to always be on once you've done the swap?

Thanks

Wire everything up correctly, get the appropriate 5MT ECU, and you'll have no codes.

Ah of course if your ECU is for MT it won't be looking for sensors.. thanks!
