i was wondering if anyone knew if the 18" g35 wheels would clear a z32 bbk, they are the wheels that look just like the 19" rays i believe they came with the aero package on the g35s

There are no such things as 18"g35 rims looking just like the 19" rays.

I'm guessing he means the sport edition wheels from the 07 sedan..

as to whether they'll fit....you need to go to the g35 forums and find out what the offset and rim width is. Then we can tell you if they fit.

That looks nowhere close to being 19" rays.

Law, you need to be less cut throat, especially if you don't know the answer. He meant something like this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FACTO...spagenameZWDVW

Came on the 05+ G35 sedans with sport package.

ah that's right...

listing says they are 45mm offset in 7.5 width.

If that's the case, they probably WON'T fit over most BBKs....definitely not the z32 setup.

Correct. The sedan 18s probably won't and they aren't forged like the coupe 19s either.

But the other coupe 18s clear.

Are these the sports? These clear my Z32 brakes on my S13 so I don't see why they wouldn't fit on an A33.

no, they will not fit under most of the G35 sedan wheels, which are usually 40-45mm offset with 7-7.5" width

they WILL fit under all of the COUPE wheels, which are usually 30-33mm offset with 8-8.5" width

my 17x8.5 coupe wheels only clear by about 5mm.....the sedan wheels will not clear.

those are the coupe 18x8s (30mm offset). They clear no problem, as you can see in the pic jeff posted above (or any pic of my car).

There are about 10 different OEM wheels for the G35 sedan/coupe, and they differ significantly in rim width and offset.

There is an entire thread on this subject stickied in the wheels/tires section if you want to know more.

As an easy rule (as it seems most are confused). All G35 coupe wheels will clear. All 350z wheels will clear. Even the 17" ones. I've run G35 coupe 18s, 350z track 18s, 350z touring 18s and they all clear w/o spacers.

1998 Ford Mustang SVT wheels will clear because of their curved spoke design
