I do not have the GPS ...just the standard display..no mention in the manual how to switch from metric to imperial for the temp/trip computer, etc...Nissan H.O referred me back to the dealer...

Imperial is miles, and temp in F...I want km and Celcius as I am in Canada....I fear the dealer may have to program it.

I know this sounds random but in 3 cars I've driven it's a combination of pushing 2 HVAC buttons that swapped the temperature.

Miles to KM is going to be much harder as those are also 'hardcoded' into the dash and such.

I am sure you can't do it yourself. I think the dealer can do it.

Like you I have a 07'SL without navi. I got my max hooked up with the computer at the dealership and changed a few settings like headlight sensitivity, headlight off delay, and turned on speed sensitive wiper. I wanted to change the orange color of the display but could not. I also wanted to change the size of the displayed alphabets/numerals but could not.

S_Klass and madmik -- are you talking about a 2007-08 Maxima without Navi? I don't think so.
