Taking offers, I'd prefer to not set a price since both are modified so much.
I mean the 1998 has ALL paper work for the custom body work and paint job that totals over $25,000 (I know, INSANE, but I have the bill, sucked to be me 2 years ago ha ha)

Once I get some offers I guess I could better set a price. Not looking to give them away but I also want to be realistic.

I am more interested in making sure the buyer(s) won't destroy them. They are in amazing condition and it would kill me to see them end up with some kid who ruins them within weeks. I would like to see a true fanatic continue on with them or at least enjoy whats done to them and keep them maintained. These cars have been my life and career for the last seven years, it's a hard move for me to make. I just can't imagine having too many regrets if I see a man take over them and take care of them.

Anyways enough about my chick rant... if you have any questions PM me.

Thanks.

Can't afford those but are you sticking with a maxima? Or are you moving on to something else. Awesome cars.

Not to say pricing one way or the other, but just keep in mind that when selling a vehicle, "mods" don't really add much value, since most banks will not loan buyers much more than the blue book value of the car....so you're going to be looking for people who can make mostly-cash offers if those are your ballpark asking prices.

Anyhow, good luck and free bump.

Also, Brooke you might want to clarify that first post. It's hard to tell which car you're talking about, and which car has which mod. I would suggest posting them seperately, honestly, just to make it easier to talk about each car with people who might be interested.

Are you considering a "semi" part out? I would actually be interested in your New Zex kit since it's not fully installed. I wouldn't want to ask for anything else that is part of the car installed and functional. It makes it what it is....unique. Let me know if you'd let go of this and for how much. PM is fine. Thanks B.

bump and gl btw.

Maybe it won't sell for that on here but I have a few interested buyers that are willing to pay close to what I am asking, it's not my fault if they dont check kbb or if they don't care about the additional cost from bb.

One gentleman has come out twice now and knows the one is $7K over bb but he does not mind he said..."it saves me the work to buy it done already."

So his choice ya know?

I am fully aware of their values and that modifications do not add value rather, most likely it decreases them (usually).

These cars are pampered and well maintained, I am looking for a specific buyer such as the gentleman that has come out twice so far who lets the modifications count for added value because he does not want to buy and install the parts himself...he would rather buy them fully modified and not have to shop around for parts and pay full retail price for them... to each his own!!!

I'm sorry your posts are being deleted, they do not offend me. I am sure everyone on this forum is aware of the vehicles values.

Wow Brooke. Well you have two very nice cars. I wish you the best of luck in selling them. I would surely take at least one off of your hands if I didn't already have a 3rd & 4th gen.

Also, sending pm.

Wow, I had no idea... that's great! Ha ha that poor video was ok but it did not really do justice in my opinion. What's funny is they asked me if I had anything I could repair on either of the cars and I said yes, my hub and bearing is out on my 2001's front end. So I replaced them on film and all you see is a split second of me working on the silver one's stereo system and not even replacing the bearing?!? Kinda made me mad but made a good laugh for my friends and family that were present. They totally chopped the footage to make me look girly"er" than I am and cut out the more "sophisticated" dialogue and left me talking about minor sh*t and common sense things when it comes to cars. Oh well, guess it was their show to edit.

Thanks again for the consideration and I am VERY happy to know it motivated you to accomplish goals with your maxima. It definately won't be easy to part with them. I might keep the 98 since I have so much $$ into it with mods and body work, just not sure its worth letting go unless someone wants to pay $13K-15K for it, no point. So I just might keep her.

Have a good weekend, good luck with anything further on your max.

Good luck with the sale Brooke. I know it is hard selling modified cars, boy do I know. I just ended up keeping my 90.

Don't you grow tired of the "want to part out" question? I know I did.

Good luck with the sale Brooke. I remember way back in the day i thought it was the coolest thing, a girl who modifies a maxima to the extent you did Actually it still is pretty damn cool. I imagine it will be hard for you to let the maximas go all the money and sweat you put into them really gets you attatched to them, in my case im an end user lol this cars goin to hell with me haha. Do you have any other cars in mind for another project?

Anyhow i wish you the best of luck with your next project and good luck!
