Well, you could always tear the board apart and remove whatever surface mount thing is there. Alternatively, electrical tape or something opaque between the light source and the front of the cluster would probably work.

The airbag computer is underneath the center console, directly inbetween the two seats (arm rest/storage pocket area). Remove (or just disconnect) that and the light should go away.

I have two questions: I cant mess up the calibration as long as I don't take off or like force the needles to skip a space right? and Does anyone else know any other way to make the light go away?

take the cluster apart and you might need a soldering gun for the bulb. i forgot what kind of bulb it is, if its an led or not. if you are worried about the gauge needles, dont be, you can move them around and it wont mess anything up. just make sure the rpm needle is at 0 when you put it back in (as opposed to the otherside, 8000). try not to move the fuel gauge needle but if you do it doesnt really matter either. when you turn the car on it will just readjust itself.
