Well i found a sweet deal on a 99 se 5 speed maxima in ottawa and im planning on getting it when the insurance comes back with the estimate and stuff on my car. I was quoted by the dealership for $1,365 to ship it to my house using the company searail. I live in st johns, newfoundland. Just wondering if any of you guys know a good company in canada that would be cheaper to ship then that. Thanks.

 

I live stateside, but my husband and I used to be into exotic car transport. Some of our competitors were quite competent.

Try DAS- Dependable Auto Shippers. They have enclosed carriers and open rail. Because of the age of the car, open rail would probably be the best and most economical route.

Also, try Horseless Carriage, though, they may be pricier.

I am not familiar with Canadian shippers. I wish I could offer more help on that front.

Oh yeah, if you want to go really cheap, but still have it transported in an enclosed carrier, try Waggoners Trucking. They are also stateside.
