Those are actually my wheels. The car didn't come with any. I do have the fourth but it is bent on the inside lip and would need to be repaired.

Yes i can ship it. The bolts will probably break off so you would have to use some toggle bolts to secure it. I'm not sure if the led light works either but i will check. I think the paint is good. I will try removing it and check it's condition.
