Meticulously maintained. Proactively brought vehicle to dealership for service as a result of TSBs I found on maxima.org. I have all service records for the following:
- Replacing window seals and regulator: excessive noise (Dec 02)
- Reprogramming ECU: hesitation on acceleration (Mar 03)
- Replaced clutch, cover and assembly: howling noise (Sept 03)
- Replaced pads and rotors: vibration when braking (May 04)
- Installed new engine sensor kit per recall (June 04)

Have also had the following routine maintenance performed. Again, have all records for the following:
- Replaced all pads and all 4 brake rotors, $560 (July 06 @ 47K miles)
- Replaced all four original tires with Yokohamas 225/50/17, $700 (Oct 06 @ 49K)
- Replaced exhaust center pipe and muffler, $500 (Jan 07 @ 52K)
- Remove and replace driver right wheel bearing, $310 (Feb 08 @ 63K)

Car runs flawlessly and is mechanically perfect.

Full disclosure: Interior and exterior are both a 9 out of 10. I've probably carried a passenger up front 10 times and the back seat has been used <10 times (by my kids' car seats). There is a scratch over the rear driver's quarter panel where my neighbor scratched my car with hers. The driver's fog light in the front fascia does not work. When extremely cold, the plastic under the dash can make a little vibrating noise when the fan is on high. There is a hole worn in the driver's floor mat from my right heel as 99% of these miles are highway miles (I commute from suburbs into BOS). These blemishes are reflected in the asking price.
