r17 i like 45s on 17"s though unless its a small car.
then 40s are ok

What are those off of? Whats the bolt pattern? 205-40-17's are usually a honda size.
Also considering the best size ratio for a Maxima is 225-45-17, those tires would be comically small on a max.

the bolt pattern is universal 5. 5X100 & 5X110. they are off a VW GTI.

Also, aren't our cars 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern?? Besides, the 205/40 tire size is

, as previously mentioned. Speedo and gearing will be way off.
