Got a injector injecting fuel when pump is on acc. Switched #6 plug to #4 and then #4 injector does it. So will a auto ECU go into my 5spd and work properly? Or could it be something besides the ECU. Its not Injector and tried swapping harness, so will a auto ECU go into my 5spd and work properly?

 

Yes.
just have to do a small amount of rewiring.
look at the auto/manual swap writeups for what to do with the ECU.

 

You don't have to change any wiring going to the ECU...Long story short, you just need to reduce the 4 plugs (20 wires) down to 1 plug w/ 4 wires...Look for the write-up.
