good price on tranny?
hey guys - got a price quote for a 5 speed tranny from an '01 with 80k for 500 bucks shipped. sound too good to be true? the guys says it's in excellent working order. what do you think?

Doesn't seem like a horrible price. You just have to ask yourself with an item like this, do you want to trust whomever is telling you that its in excellent working order. Seems like a fair price though.....

Sound right, i just got a auto tranny for my 03 Maxima for 450 with 22k miles on it. I had in installed last week and she runs great!

every other quote i've received has been for more coin plus higher mileage - i think it's a done deal
