Any Washington, Oregon People Seen This?

This car looks like it would be a decent VE-5 deal for someone... Could probably talk them down to $800 since the clutch is out of comission. I'm hoping I can convert a friend of mine to Nissan and talk him into buying it.

Not bad, the mirror is cheap to replace. Too bad about the rear damage.

Doesn't seem to be worth that, seeing as it needs a clutch, and has noticable body damage. Didn't even mention the mileage.

Yeah, I actually e-mailed him yesterday. It has 176k miles, Aztec red is a little flashy for my taste. If it were another color i'd probably be a little more tempted.

I thought you didn't like VEs?

Yeah, the rear quarter is the most difficult to repair/replace. It is highly possible that it needs a new slave/master cylinder instead of just a clutch, but could be either or both.

Besides, if someone in the NW wants an Aztec Red VE-5, just spend a little more and get one that is already modded, has no damage and has been taken care of.

ha, I saw it and BOUGHT it... Don't think it was too bad of a deal for $700, did a slave cyl. on it and it runs and drive pretty well, clutch slips a little but nothing I cant handle. As for the body, it doesn't really bother me too much considering I work at a bodyshop so when it comes time I'll fix it and paint it.

I saw it but I need to get rid of my Audi 90 Quattro so I could have space for another Maxima. So if you know anybody that wants an Audi with noisy lifters cheap let me know and if you find a decent 3rd Gen around for cheap. Need something to drive that is better than my 3/4 ton Dodge diesel, 20mpg ain't bad but 4.09/gallon is.

Looks pretty good, reminds me of the 90SE I had a few years ago wish I didn't give it up.

Yeah but the one for $999 has a rebuilt title and my insurance company won't insure cars with rebuilt titles. Doesn't look bad though.

It's kind of like looking at my car.

Nice pickup, especially if you work at a body shop. Check out www.nwmaxima.com sometime, too.

Conversion complete!

For $700, that maxima is pretty dang nice!

Btw guys, I personally know Ryan93SE-5 and Jon94SE. A couple of years ago, I sold Jon my first VE and I've been trying to talk Ryan into buying a Maxima or a Nissan ever since.
