95turbo gxe were is he?

So 95turbo gxe bought some sel badges from me...$25 shipped to his house...i shipped them, and i got a return to sender...so he filed a complaint towards me....and hasnt contacted me since, even though i have emailed, and PM'ed him.

and now my paypal is frozen because he filed the complaint. why is he such a douche???
the sel badges came back to me, because they were unclaimed.... i sent them out jan 31...
does anyone know him...i still have the badges sitting here, but since they were unclaimed im not gonna pay for shipping again...and i already asked him...

whats up with that???

update: basically its locked my account, i cant even get payed from my work to get this taken care...he is caused me sooo much hassle!!

edit: HE IS A JERK OFF! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM OR SELL ANYTHING TO HIM!!!

Just refund the money, there is an option to end out the claim, if you can't because you don't have any $$ in there hit me up in a pm and I'll front it to you so your account won't be locked.

I've dealt with him before. That guy is a total POS. I would never deal with him again. I hope you get everything cleared up with him and keep your distance. You've read what I've been thru with this *****, cuz I saw u post on my old thread when I bought the springs from him. In any case, I hope everyone here avoids him. Goodluck bro.

Sounds like he is trying to clear his record, he even PM'd me to edit the post I made in this thread. I still haven't forgotten what a crappy experience I had with this guy. I would only hope that people would forewarn me about a repeat-offender rather than turn their head the other way and allow me to be subject to the same BS. Why cover it up?

If you are pissing off multiple people, I think the problem lies with YOU 93turbo, not us.

I just dont understand what makes him think he deserves for me to revoke what little I said. He even titled his pm "slander". Slander is "words falsely spoken to damage ones reputation". 93turbo, you earned every bit of this and the ruining of your reputation is simply the bi-product of that poor business sense. Your best bet would have been to never bump this thread in the first place and hope your next victim wouldn't notice.

Then I guess you have nothing to worry about, do you? Yes you refunded me like a month later after I made countless attempts to contact you. It's not just about the money its about the principle. You did TAKE my money and mislead me and waste my time. Believe it or not those count for something too. Its not just OKAY because you refunded somebody; especially if you only did it on account of saving your image. Just imagine what you do when nobody is looking.

So don't ever ask me to lie on your behalf and claim that I am making false statements about you. I wouldn't have even said anything more had you not PM'ed me.

haha posting as in present tense??? your the that brought this thing back to life...

and the only thing i ever had a complaint about was the lack of response...
you brag about being such a good seller on all these other forums...well what was your excuse for lack of response...oh thats right i never heard from you..your not a newbie to the way things work..Dont come at us...when your the that cant even give me a 30 second PM to describe why my package returned...
I will not change what i said..i will never buy from you again...and other people have that right to feel the same way..espcially if they have dealt with you...
oh and like i said... your the that brought this thing back to life...

Remember guys it never hurts to give a person a second chance, and forgive

But communication in my opinion is VITAL even if things come late or something happens. For example, I bought a grille from a Ebay seller and even though it was my fault that I didn't run outside fast enough to open the gate to let the FedEx guy in, and the package had to be resent. Within a few hours of me missing the FedEx truck the seller sent me an email to me MSN and a message to my Ebay account giving me a complete heads up, and even providing a number for me to call.

Everyday is a new lesson to be learned

WTF is going on here?

Toyick- Did you leave him iTrader feedback on this?

If so, I am editing out all of the non-essential ish in this thread and locking it.

95turbo GXE-

If he sent it and it got returned, I can see why he woudl refund the payment, less the shipping costs. As mentioned above, i fthat is what happend, I am deleting the extra commentary and locking the thread. It will fade into history and we all move on.

toy stick why dont you open that paypal pages that you posted up on here and show the details that you didnot have all the money to refund aND THAT why your account is locked.

YOu did not ship the product PAYpal asked you to provide tracking and you could not. and I never returned it. I could not return it because you did not ship it.
The case was closed because they tryed to regain the money but after you did not have enough they closed it and told me sorry that they could not get anymore from you. But good since you bring all this up PAY Me or show proof of shiping I would understand then But you cant because you are a lyer and did not ship crook PAY ME.

Mods of course he wants to lock it now due to I pulled up the paypal reacords. He pulled up them but he want open them and post it because it will show the details that he has not paid me and that paypal ask for the shipping info.
SO I think this guy should be kick off the forums for ****ing me out my money. He cant show proof of shipment and I gave him two months I was fair.

As a matter of fact since you want to lye so much im going to call paypal and see if I can get the info on the case fax so I can post up here as if maybe I have not made my self clear that you try to rip me and after 2 month i put a claim on you shame on me for trying to recover my money you ripped me off and if I would have not maid the claim you would have took the whole 25 dollors from me. SO dont come on here trying to make me look bad because you did not do the right thing. I also going to give them this info and see if they could cross refference your new account that you may have.

after that long winded post i really dont care what happened i was broke at the time. and i already stated that at the top. Locked my account and my clients couldn't pay me. I sent the stuff to the adress stated above, since you already tried to get the price down i used USPS to send it. Didnt have a tracking number to send it..

I dont care if you leave this thread open, i dont really even care if a mod decides to ban me..I am being truthful on this, i have a clean history on MAX org, and i have been here for ever, your the one without a clean history.
Yeah i dont post a lot but i am enthusiast and i have never once cheated anyone out of money or parts on this board ask the people that know me. Nor do i intend to.
P.S. why did it take so long its been almost year??
