Holy Wheelgap Batman! (AKA new Altima rims)

Went ahead and bought a set of 2005 Altima rims from mastere954 Sale post here

Slapped them on the third gen, and I have to say I love the way it looks compared to my painted stockers. But man do I need to drop it now.
Well, enough talk and more pics. Enjoy.

Any tips, criticism, ect is welcome.

*Disclaimer* I put the sale/purchase link FIRST so you guys would know the stickers were on there first. Wasn't my idea, but to me it doesn't look all that bad. I'm still undecided, but I can get why it might look ricey.

Rims look very nice on there. Clean car too. But here's a tip....dont park so damned close to the curb or you'll waste your well spent money.

That 4th gen is a GXE. If I ever step up, it's gonna be an SE with a 5 spd Plus, it doesn't look as good as it does in the pics. I'm happy with my third gen.

Thanks for the compliments. About the parking. I park there everyday cause I have no space in the house. Before the max, I used to park an old Volvo there too. No doubt, I have to be super careful now, the stockers had a profile so big, that it didn't matter how bad I was parking on any particular day. What I'm worried about is if my mom has to use the car and park.

Def need to do a drop. Hopefully that can be done throughout the summer. Still a little undecided about the stickers though.

Never understood why people put stickers on rims. Is it to prove to others theyre a legit set? I dunno, i dont think the gap is THAT horrible. Sometime being low gets kindve old, well in NY anyway.

Looking good, a drop will definitely make it look nice. I am in the middle of dropping mine right now on Eibach/Toks and the difference in just the front already is amazing, it's well worth it.

By the way, did you get that black strip around the bottom of your car repainted? It looks good, I'm getting ready to get mine done since it's all grey, makes the rest of the car look more rich for some reason.

Anyway

Well, I have no idea how the paint scheme was before the car was painted. The car was painted an odd 5-7 years ago, I was still in Middle School when it got it's paint job (college boy now haha) But yea, I love the black on the bottom. What I would love to do is get the stillen kit, and keep it black. I think it would look so sweet. btw, is there any compatibility problems with toks/eibachs? I've heard the best combo is konis/eibachs, but toks were a good second. Gotta see if I can get a part-time for the summer to re-upholster my seats and drop the car. Hope to have a nice thread by the end of the summer showing my progress.

Yeah, my paint scheme is basically the same as yours, just my bottom black area is a little greyed and I want to get it repainted black like yours. I have no problems with the toks/eibach's.... I originally wanted Toks and B&G's but I got these for a pretty good deal and I should have new pics up by the end of today with it fully installed. Koni's are too expensive for me heh.

Don't B&G's lower the car more than Eibachs? I just want a moderate drop with some handling improvement. Konis are a bit of a long shot with budget. So Toks/Eibachs are in when I can afford em. Gotta get those pics up of the drop, I need to know what I'm in for.

Haha, yes... B&G's are 1.6" I believe, but I do love the look. Here is a pic of my car with just the front's done so far.

Gonna look pretty good once the rear is done too... lol, sorry for whoring up your thread. Can't wait to see yours dropped too.

I'll have to make another thread by the time I get mine dropped. But it looks good. Are you riding on 17's or 16's?
