Rockingham dragway maxima meet tonight. Bad conditions and some OK runs.

Ok so it was 80+ degrees tonight and barometric pressure was 29 and "dropping" for our bad weather tomorrow, with a taste of 75% humidity to top things off.

My power mods for tonight:
Custom 3" maf/WAI
NWP intake spacers

Dyno'd at 221/219 with the 3" maf/wai, so I think I should be seeing some better trap/ETs under different weather circumstances.

My first run of the night, I guess I either got some water on the tires or just launched really bad, and ran a 15.1@94 with a whopping 2.6 60'. I got up to about 3.5k rpms in first and THOUGHT I felt it hook up, so I went wot... The wheelhop got so bad as it spun hopelessly, it actually turned my windshield wipers on.

Run2:
60': 2.24
330: 6.12
1/8: 9.32
MPH: 76.44
1/4: 14.39
MPH: 95.27

Run3:

60': 2.19
330: 6.03
1/8: 9.233
MPH: 76.37
1/4: 14.33
MPH: 94.68

The mevi'd 4th gen is number 25, I am number 27

One of our guys with a 5spd 4th gen with mevi/fullexhaust who ran in the mid 14s@95 last time at the track couldn't break 15.3@89 today, and another that ran pretty solid 15.5s last time couldn't break out of the 16s. I'm guessing we just picked a really bad night to hit the track.

A couple of people had vid cameras going, so hopefully one of them will chime in with pics/videos of some runs, soon.

Yeah with the power I'm making I'd have expected something closer to 97-99. I think on a good 50-60 degree night with lower humidity and maybe average barometric pressure I'd see closer to those numbers.

For reference, there was a 6 spd 2005 GTO (known to run as low as high 12s stock) that couldn't break a 13.7@104 all night. As far as I know, they normally run about .5 faster and 5mph faster with a decent driver, and the guy driving seemed to be doing a pretty darn good job.

There was several mustang GTs out there of various years running slower than me lol
