I have for sale a Verizon XV6700. It's in good working condition, some scratches on the outside of phone, but the screen is in great shape. Included is:

How long have you been using this?
Why are you getting rid of it?
If activated, do you have to sign a contract with Verizon for email service and such?

I have been using it since december. I am getting rid of it because I didn't use the Internet with it and I wanted to go back to a regular style phone. So, since I just got a new Razor, I'm trying to sell this one. I used this phone with the same service I had on a previous phone. I did not have to renew my two year contract or anything.

If you want to check your email, surf the internet, etc. you will need to have a data plan from verizon.

 

yes, i believe the cheapest data plan is an extra $15 a month onto your existing phone plan.

 

Id be interested if it $15 a month. I talked to a verzion online rep and the dip**** didnt know what they were talking about. They told me $29.99 and that didnt include messages.

 

yeah, that's wrong. Picture messages and the internet are both considered 'data' with this phone

 

While picture messages will be sent as data, you still need a plan for pic messages otherwise you pay $0.25/message sent or received in addition to the price for data ($1.99/MB, very negligible unless you send more than 10 a month or so). I've got a Motorola Q (and want to chuck it in the middle of rush hour traffic ). Free bump!
