HELP: Getting STILLEN RSB brackets off the car

HELP: Getting STILLEN RSB brackets off the car

Ok i just took off my Stillen RSB and all the bolts but the two pieces of the brackets won't come off so they are still on my car. i need ideas to get them off and fast. i'm selling the car saturday. someone else has to have had this problem.

Try jamming a flat head screw driver in there and push up and down. Or you could wack the bottom of the bolts with a hammer and force the thing up. This is relating to a Addco RSB, they may too different for a proper comparison though.

I do have it, but I'm not gonna take it off for at least one more year.

if all the bolts are out of the brackets then tap it with a rubber mallet.

actually i started to do it and the kid that was looking at it but got iffy cus the CEL light was on called and said he still was interested in it and his cousin and uncle wanted to come look at it. so i stopped and they looked at it and well they loved the car and told him to buy it. i'm selling it for a couple hundred off what we origianlly decided cus of the CEL and it's gone. thank god.

the knock sensor code throws sometimes. but that's been like that since i got hte car and lots of maximas throw that code.
