I have identified the part numbers on courtesynissan.com for my 2000 gxe maxima

Bolt-Hub - 40222

Lug Nut - 40224

I will need atleast two lug nuts and bolt hubs. One lug and bolt hub has already been broke trying to rotate my tires. Another lug on the same wheel is stuck that I am going to have to break off.

QUESTIONS:

1)ARE THE PARTS ABOVE FOR A SINGLE PART? Should I order to of each or are they a set to do one wheel?

2)HOW THE HELL DO I ADD SOMETHING TO MY CART?

3) CAN I GET THESE PARTS LOCALLY AT AUTOZONE, ORIELY'S, ETC

4) IS IT SAFE TO DRIVE WITHOUT ONE LUG NUT? My car makes a clunking noise and I can feel it if I don't have pressure on the wheel from either acceleration or braking? This is my only ride!

hmm well I just went to autozone and picked up some bolts and lugnuts that they said would fit. I will ry it tonight and if they don't fit I can always return them
