Is there such thing as a Gen 5 with a Gen 4 front end?

Is there such thing as a Gen 5 with a Gen 4 front end?
or something close to it? I love the Gen 5s rear end and the Gen4s front, but the Gen5s front grill kinda makes me cry. Has anyone ever attempted this mod?
I have seen some nice body kits on Gen5s though, And what grill options do you guys have on ur cars? I really am thinking of getting a Gen5.5 for my next max.
