New n/a pb 14.3@95mph

Hey I went to the track a couple of weeks ago and ran a new n/a pb in street trim but no spare or jack, mevi, mickey thompson drag radials, 2step colder plugs and a cutout. I am thinking about pulling the passanger and rear seat and putting in some stock or 1step hotter plugs and see if I can pull a 13.9X pass n/a

I went to run my nitrous and it was not working correctly and after about a week of scratching my head the bottle was all air some how but anyway I finally uploaded the vid happy viewing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjCAREUhSUw

thanks, my 60ft was only 2.1 leaving at 2000rpms and I think the best for the day was a 2.0 launching at around 2500rpms, 1st time out on the DR's still trying to learn them

next time I am going to leave at 3000 then 3500 and continue to leave harder till I start to have traction problems

Very nice tom

You can definitely get a 13.9 with a 1.8 60ft. Keep practicing with those dr's and it will come!

Well I did some street testing by the side of my house with the DR's at 20psi. And looks like I'll be launching at 4-5k at the track depending on prep

this should be good for a 1.960ft maybe even 1.8, should be hitting the track soon and will report the results

I am going to make my prediction.......14.0x@95mph. I would have said 13.9, but its getting hot and I think that will hold you back. I think you will get a 13.9 when the weather cools back down and you'll also have more practice in by then too.

btw I think I found out what my timing issue is. I only have 19 links between my sprockets, when I should have 20. So once I fix that the car should be up and running, hopefully!
I'll definitely let you because I am itching to drag race

Denver = mile high = less ambient pressure = ~ 30% powerloss @ the wheels.
