My friend has to replace his rad and he has a few questions. He has a 97 maxima SE 5 speed. His questions were do older year maximas such as 95-96 fit the 97's? Also does the rad. that comes from a 5 speed maxima only fit a 5 speed maxima from that year or are they interchangable? Thanks for advice

 

For a 5MT you can use any year, either trans. For an auto you can do the same assuming you have an external trans cooler (running a '98 5MT radiator right now).
