is it possible to clear the red part and make the clear part on the bottom red to match my 95 maxes

 

So you want to buy 97+ lights and clear the entire thing, and then re-insert red onto the bottom of the 97+ lights?

Despite the fact that 95 and 97+ lights don't sit flush with each other and the fact that it would be easier to buy all clears and paint the bottom red, I suppose you could do it.

Just more work and it would probably look not good at all.
