FS: 03 6MT HLSD SE TE 67K in Austin, TX
So here's the scoop... I absolutely love this car but I no longer have the need for it. I wish i was made of money and could keep it, but unfortunately that isn't the case. I just graduated from Texas Tech University and used the car mainly to go to and from school and also for road trips to go back home to Austin. I just bought a motorcycle for around town and to save on gas. I also have a ranch and need something I can put the bike in and can hunt with, so I'll probably be getting some kind of truck soon.
So about the car... It is a 2003 SE 6 speed w/ HLSD. It also has the titanium package and meridian package. The color is Polished Titanium. It has every option from the factory except navigation. I'm the second owner. Car was purchased July 2005 with 27K miles. It now has just over 67K on the odo. I do still drive it so mileage will continue to go up slightly until sold. It has a clear title and i have the title in hand.
Keep in mind this is a used car, so it does have some signs small signs of wear and tear, mostly on the front bumper and around the front of the hood, just small rock chips for the most part. I'm trying to be as completely honest as possible with the sale. So here's what definetely needs to be stated. There are a few imperfections I should mention. The front bumper has some small spots of missing paint that has peeled. The next thing is a small burn mark the size of a cigerette in the rear passenger seat. Also, my dad scraped his truck along the passenger side so both doors had to be repainted. My dad's friend who has a body shop didn't do so well color matching so the color is a little off. Not that big of a deal just something I felt should be mentioned. Most of the time I can't notice it but in some light, you can see its off. There's also a tiny door ding on the front driverside door, hardly noticeable tho, easily popped out. Fogs are cracked too.
Now for the modifications:
- Cattman Gen 3 Headers (with dual output O2 simulator)
- Megan racing test pipe (I have the factory cat installed right now)
- Megan racing catback w/ Magnaflow 14816 muffler
- Cosmo Racing WAI
- V1 Specs zinc plated drilled and slotted rotors
- The engine cover, fstb and calipers are all painted sky blue
- 25% front, 5% rear tint
- Precision top/bottom billet grilles
- Clear sidemarkers
- Cleared blinker lenses
- Polarg M4 bulbs in sidemarkers and driving lights
- Fog light re-wire
- Mag-lite holder
- Ebay FSTB
- Apexi VAFC II Air/Fuel Controller
- Pioneer Avic-D3 Headunit
- Maxspeed springs
- Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable struts
- Kuhmo Ecsta ASX's 235/45 purchased January 2008. Roughly 6k miles on them.
- Sierrra SX-12 ski rack with two keys
That's easily over $3500 in modifications you'll be getting with the purchase with one exception - The dvd/mpg/navigation system (Pioneer AVIC D3). I will throw the screen in with the sale for an extra $500. That's a heck of a deal when you do the math:
The screen - $850
Ipod hookup into the glove compartment - ~$50
Wiring that retains steering wheel controls - $75
Custom trim kit - $100 (this is what I paid for it)
Bypassed parking brake to watch DVD's while driving - $$?
Both navigation CD's included
I have most of the factory parts but theres a catch. Like I said, I used to live in Lubbock. I'm now in Austin. I have a lot of the factory parts, but they're all at my house in Lubbock. So depending on the timing of the purchase, these parts may or may not be included. I'll be going up there in a few weeks. If the vehicle is sold before I go back to Lubbock and you still want those parts, I'd be willing to part with them if buyer pays shipping.
Here's what I have:
- exhaust manifolds and heatshields
- Y pipe
- all intake pieces (snorkel, box, helmholtz resonator)
- springs and struts
- sidemarkers
- OEM grille
- Bose 6 disc changer
The car has been meticulously mechanically maintained throughout my ownership. It has had Castrol GTX engine oil for the last year now. Redline MT-90 transmission fluid was put in 9 months ago. Everything is good to go, just needs a new owner that will take care of her the way she should be. As we know, these cars with these options are hard to find, especially with the low miles that it has. The car doesn't burn much, if any, oil. It does not have any timing chain rattle typical of oil consumption.
Keep in mind I never autocrossed this car and never took it to the strip. This car has never been abused. The car was dyno'd in December 07, here's the thread: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....199&highlight=
Here's my car domain: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2251347
Everyone here on the forum is the first to see the car for sale. I'll probably put it on autotrader too, but I would much rather see the car go to an enthusiast here than elsewhere.

These are the only recent pics I have. If you want more pics, I can get some. If you have any more questions, or if I've forgotten something, please don't hesitate.
Asking Price: $11500, $12000 with the dvd/navigation unit
Thanks for looking.
