I have never been a Video game guy but I decided to get this one.....But now I am short on funds and dont really play it anymore....

I bought it new in September of 07.

 

does warranty carry over?

I have had 0 issues with heat on this one.

 

Bump for a pretty good deal and start off with some of the better titles 360 has to offer recently, Im a diehard gamer nad even used those games are all new and pretty expensive. Also dont sweat the warranty, if it red rings on you MS will still repair it, part of that class action that they settled...Kinda PITA but Ive seen some guys just take a quick vid of it powering up and loading a game or two to help ease any concerns....just a thought.

Also I have deleted all of my stuff and saved games and also have found the box and headset. So this will be like buying a brand new one from the store....

Yea it has been doing great since I bought it.... I would take a video buy right now my camcorder is with my aunt and I cant get it.

right now Im wanting this to all go together. Makes for a much better package.

 

Not gonna Lie if i had the desire to buy another 360 this is what id do. do the Math guys. All the games are good as well.

HD Cables, Hard Drive, Headset. ect. easy 75$

so, lets take a trip back to Pre-School

60x8=480 In Games + 300 For Console= 780 + 75$ HD Cable Headset= a Whopping 855$ Value. does this seem to be to good to be true? No. not at all. say even if he Did indeed have the RRoD issue, you send in the Console and get a new one or they take a heat gun to the Mobo and fix it. vwallah!

 

and to make it even better...I have no heat issues....Never had a red light or anything....It works like a charm.

this is really good deal...I'am looking to get another 360 but I'm looking for the one with HDMI port on it...about the warrenty issue MS is good with the warrenty issue, my PS3 is slowly dying so I called Sony and got it set up for service repair but since I didn't have the sales receipt it'll cost me $149 plus tax...it hurts me on that part but what can I say I have to beat MGS 4...

I had the red ring of death on mine and it litterally took less than 2 weeks to get it back. Excellent service. You just have to keep the console well ventilated and not near and heat sources. My original one was laying on top of my cable box.... dooohhhhhhhh

Ha... I didn't have any issues either on my launch 360 or my Elite then out of no where, had some friends over to play Rock Band... no worky.

What's the manufacture date on the sticker on the back? Just go three years from that and that's how long it's covered for the red ring of death. Will help ease any concerns with warranty stuff if you have an exact date for them.
