Looking for specs on a particular bolt

Reference #1 - on the bottom left.

I need to re-tap the hole that this bolt came from, but I have no idea what the specs are on this bolt. I can't find a tap & die set locally that goes larger than M12 (I think the bolt may be M14).

p.s. Anybody know where I could find a decent tap & die set locally?

Thanks,

Lamar

why not take the bolt into someplace like fastenal and ask them to try and figure it out. That's a 22mm head on it, right? You might be able to narrow down the search by looking up standard metric sizes (just a guess but an M14 might be the right size, 1.5mm pitch). If fastenal doesn't have the right tap then snapon does for about $20.
