FS: 00VI Swap (yes another one)

Thats right people I have yet another 00VI for sale. You all know what it is and what it does and if you dont feel free to PM me and I'll direct you to the info your looking for. I dont have pictures but can get them if you want. Here is the parts list.

00 UIM
00 LIM
00 Fuel Rail
00 Injectors
00 Rear Valve cover
00 TB
00 IACV
2 00 Coil packs

So basically you'll need either a egr guide tube or block off plate and 1 coil pack. The price is $400 shipped. 99% of the time I can ship the same day I recieve payment. I'm hoping to sell this quick to fund my next project. Also in the coming months I should have 2 more complete kits for sale so let me know if your interested.

Yeah well Vafc-II are getting cheaper and cheaper on here so you should be able to get it tuned pretty easy. I'm actually still running untuned myself. Just let me know when your ready.

oh k...i'll probably have the full money in 2 months...sorry, that seems like a long time, but i gotta get a Y-Pipe. broke mine...would u be able to get the
complet set? LIM, UIM, 5th gen injectors, 3 coil packs, and the TB?

sorry im a noob on this stuff, but i heard a lot of good stuff about the 00vi, so i want to get it, but got some doubts

wat about the 5th gen IAVC? is it plug and play to the 4th gen harness?

i did search, but i heard something that u have to block it off and adjust ur throttle cable...but i kinda want a regular IAVC

Sorry again for all the questions....

^^ the 5th gen iacv is plug and play per say, it does require some modification to the plug off the harness. nothing wrong with being a newb someone has got to start somewhere. but knowing what you have done to your car with the injectors and everything it should be a walk in the park for you since you are already pretty familar with the setup

The next kit I'll be selling wont have any coils at all but the third one will have all 3. Like Lock said the 5th gen IACV is plug and play you just have to modify the plug a little. I just cut the gray plastic "shield" around it off and it fit right in. Then put a little tape around it to secure it. The 5th gen IACV is the way to go IMO.

supposedly, it has much better air flow on the top end, 4500-redline. pulls better. our stock USDM die on the top end, but 00VI keeps pulling even better

If you are good with dealing with car stuff then its not hard, all you have to do is search on here for the 00vi for dummies thread, but its not a hard swap. Like Pahaf said, you gain more hp/tq on the top end after 4500 rpm's. AJCOOL2 helped me do my swap. After that I was IMPRESSED!!! I love the sound and the power. Also BUMP for a good dude!!!

My dyno before the VI
http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y18.../DynoChart.png

A local guy with my same mods with a VI
http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n...correction.jpg

If you look at the redline numbers for both cars I'm at about 115hp and he's around 181hp. Both cars are automatic and untuned. Most 5 speeds dyno around 200-205whp with the VI.

It comes with the fuel rail and injectors and 2 rear coil packs so you'll need one more.
