They are interchangeable with modifications.

 

thanx kev, cuz my freind told me that koni's are really stiff shocks and i want a stiffer ride....
what kinds of modifications are required for koni's to fit on the 2k1 max????
on custommaxima.com, it says that koni's are for 95-99 maxima's
