WTB Good Condition LSD Tranny for Reasonable Prices!

Location it needs to be shipped to: Saint Paul, MN 55130

Looking for: LSD transmission that will fit into a 4th gen VQ30DE. I believe from the all motor forums that means 95-01 LSD Transmissions off of an I30T or Canadian Maxima's.

Must be in good working condition. Mileage around the 100k if possible but open to Rebuilt LSD Transmissions as well (Must have reciept for rebuild). I'm offering $650 shipped (Or more depending on the LSD tranny's condition.)

Yes, I've checked car-parts.com and called the junk yards... They have no idea if the Maxima/I30 transmission is a locking or not. I ask them to look through the axle holes and all they see is the one spider shaft... = Non-Locking. I've called about 11 different salvage yards within the last two weeks w/o any luck.

If anyone is able to locate a Good Condition LSD Transmission for a reasonable price (Make sure you've checked that it's LSD) I'll pay a $30 finder's fee if you email me the info and I purchase that transmission. Email your info to chewabacha@hotmail.com.

I'm almost getting to the point where I'm going to the stealership to purchase a brand new LSD transmission for $1.7K!

LOL! Tell me about it! Word of advice for people looking for LSD trannies like I am... DO NOT TAKE THE JUNKYARDS WORD FOR IT! They'd pretty much do anything to sell the part but don't even know what it really is!

IE. Suffolk Auto Parts had a locking diff transmission listed. I called.. it's still on the car... She says "We know it lock-eng caz we run Veen Numbare and it say lock-eng." I tell her... screw it, I'm not going to waste money on that.

I go back to car-parts.com and look at the non-locking, the same Salvage yard and the same stock #(The number they use to track their parts) is listed for Suffolk Auto...

Does anyone know why the Car-Parts.com database only lists a locking transmission for the 99 Infiniti I30? Does that mean that the 98-99 I30 Manual transmissions are all VLSD Transmissions? I'll do some research on this question later when I'm not at work. But for now if anyone knows please enlighten me.
