How hard is it to install new seats?

I've been thinking about my last post and was wondering how hard would it be to install a new POWER seat? Is the electronic wiring for the heating or is a feed for the power seat? I'm sick of the manual seat adjustment and having my butt feel like I'm sitting in a Chrysler product with all the play in it. The manual seat will probably fall part in a few thousand miles.

Simple to do or real tough?

Any tips appreciated!

Well the way I know Nissa, I hear the wiring is pre-done. SO if you went to install the new seats, you should be able to just plug it in.

Cause this is sort of a dealer option, they can install the seats later, and if they can do it, I know it has to be pre-wired.

Thanks for the reply

Is it just unscrew 4 bolts, rip the seat out, put in new power seat, put bolts back in hook up power?

Sorry if this sounds simplistic....me and work on car interiors=disaster usually

Yeap, just to make sure, why not take your old seat off with the 4 bolts and just make sure that there is a power connector sitting there or some sort of wires down there to hook up to.

Taking out the old seat should take 5mins if you got the tools. Socket wrench and ratchet.
